Embracing Death
Life and death lie along the same continuum therefore our capacity to accept death influences not only the experience of dying but also the way we live.
This course is an invitation to awaken our awareness of mortality so that we can be more prepared to face death when it knocks on our door and we can support other people in the dying process.
Our workshop will provide an opportunity to explore a deeply significant yet often neglected aspect of human experience: the profound themes of death, end-of-life care, and grief. In a society where these topics are too often sidelined, this program provides a much-needed space for meaningful experiences, dialogue, and reflection.
This course is inclusive and open to everyone: Whether you’re a healthcare professional, therapist, caregiver of people in death, illness, and grief processes, or simply someone who feels that death reminds us that our existence is limited, and therefore, is important to focus on what is truly important.
Our program is designed to provide resources grounded in the vast knowledge of Tibetan Medicine and Buddhism.
Our purpose is to invite participants to explore and help others in the most delicate and significant journey of our lives: the naked journey of death.
